An Equal Constitution For All?: On a Constitution and Collective Rights for Arab Citizens in Israel
This position paper provides the rationale for the inclusion of the Palestinian-Arabs' constitutional protections and collective rights as a national minority into any discussion or proposal for an Israeli constitution.
